  Standard Rate: $702 Nightly or $4,422.60 Weekly  
High Season: $936 Nightly or $5,896.80 Weekly 
Christmas / New Years: $1,170. Nightly or $7,371 Weekly
VILLA 2: 6 bedroom / 12 person

  Standard Rate: $936 Nightly or  $5,896.80 Weekly  
High Season: $1,170. Nightly or $7,371 Weekly
Christmas / New Years: $1,404. Nightly or $8,845.20 Weekly

VILLA 4: 4 bedroom / 8 persons

High Season:   $936 Nightly or $5,896.80 Weekly 
Standard Rate:  $702 Nightly or $4,422.60 Weekly
Christmas / New Years: $1,170. Nightly or $7,371 Weekly  

TAXES: All prices include a 9% hotel tax & 8% service charge 
BOOKINGS: Minimum 3 nights stays, Extra person 13 years and older will be an additional US$25 + tax per night
BOOKING POLICY: 50% deposit to confirm booking & 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept both VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover. 
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: An imprint of your credit card is required upon check in, as a security / damaged deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival receives a refund on deposit made, less 10% processing fee. Any booking cancelled less than 30 days of arrival is non-refundable. 
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We can pre-arrange all services including and not limited to island flights, airport shuttles, water taxi pick up, Private Chef's, Spa Service, Golf Cart rental and excursion planning or special events
